My dream in creating Refresh was to curate a friendly, welcoming environment in which clients could come and feel comfortable expressing their aesthetic goals. We aim to help both women and men feel the best version of themselves by listening to their personal goals and using our expertise and advanced training to accomplish just that. You know if you’ve been to Refresh, that you are part of the family. We can’t wait to meet you!
What I enjoy offering most are neuromodulators (aka Botox and Dysport). This treatment is not as black and white as everyone may think and can be administered throughout the face and body! “Tox” treatments are unique to each individual when taking personal goals, outcomes, and muscle strength into consideration. I love that you can balance asymmetries and keep a natural appearance on top of the glow it gives to the skin!
You can see me for all things injectables, then see our amazing aestheticians for all things skin care and maintenance. Injectables can lead to amazing outcomes, but taking a full approach leads to the whole package of a healthy, youthful appearance.
Before getting into the beauty industry, Rachel was a gymnast from childhood all the way through college. Our image was always in the spotlight and that had a huge impact on my future. Rachel made the decision to try Dysport in preparation for her wedding and ever since then, she knew wanted to learn more about the industry! What I find most fulfilling about my work is getting my clients’ results with little to no downtime. One of my favorite services to perform at the moment are chemical peels. They offer clients who are new to aesthetics, a way to dip their toes in the water and work their way up to more advanced treatments. Plus, I love that refresh has several options and can customize peels for each client!
Taking care of your skin is a privilege and is one of the reasons I love being a part of the aesthetics industry. I get to be a part of your self care moment and I definitely don’t take that lightly.
Licensed since 2021, Rachel has always known she was meant to be an esthetician. Long before it became her profession, she was the friend everyone turned to for skincare and makeup advice—and the one gently reminding friends to wash their face before bed. That early passion naturally grew into a career focused on corrective medical aesthetics and long-term skin health.
Rachel specializes in treating concerns such as acne, pigmentation, texture, redness, and signs of aging using advanced treatments and evidence-based skincare. She creates custom corrective treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and budget, with strategies designed to evolve as the skin improves.
Certified in Moxi, BBL, SkinPen Microneedling, Morpheus8, and Hydrafacial, Rachel is known for her thoughtful planning, honest recommendations, and ability to make skin science approachable. Expect clear guidance, realistic expectations, and a few laughs along the way.
I love offering Hydrafacial because it’s an incredible facial suitable for almost all skin types! First time clients love a Hydrafacial because of how drastically different their skin looks and feels immediately afterwards. Regular Hydrafacial clients love it because of how it maintains their skin health and pairs so well with the other targeted corrective treatments we do at Refresh such as IPL and Moxie!
I entered into esthetics with a background as an educator and my teaching experience shaped how I care for my clients today. I will take the time to understand your skin, explain the “why” behind each treatment, and create a personalized plan to support your long-term skin goals. I believe skin health is a journey and not a single treatment or solo appointment.

Health and wellness have always been an integral part of Melaney’s life. She is a certified group fitness instructor and registered yoga teacher. She is passionate about teaching and loves helping people look and feel better about themselves. She believes that when people feel confident about the way they look, they exude a positivity that transcends their physical appearance, so joining the team at Refresh at the front desk is a natural fit!
